QUALITY CONTROL & TESTING Stringent quality control measures are implemented at our factory. The staff and management of Atlas Paving are committed to the highest of quality control measures. The quality measures includes batch checks of thickness and face deviation; this is being thoroughly checked as an initiative to have the best produced wet cast pavers in Western Australia without honing or grinding the rear of the paver. This means a great deal to Atlas Paving and its customers as we can offer a high quality paver without the excessive price tag. Internal testing is done on every batch of bricks and paving produced by Atlas Paving, with outsourced independent testing done to verify figures. These measures ensure the highest of quality with all Atlas paving products complying or exceeding Australia Standards. Additional testing information is available on request for commercial projects including compressive strength tests, acoustic testing for Lime Silica Bricks and slip resident testing on paving products. |
